Refractron’s plungers, pistons, balls, seats, liners and sleeves are used in applications in a variety of industries including automotive, aerospace, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, medical, battery and food processing. Our products are made and machined from refined, high purity powders in our factory near Rochester NY. Manufacturing capabilities allow us to make tiny .13” (3mm) seats to 6” (152mm) balls or 21” (533mm) pump liners. We can grind, polish and supply ready to use, tight tolerance parts with pristine surface finishes to < Ra0.5 micro-inch or we can offer a blank that can be finished in your factory. We often supply ceramic metal assemblies to provide ready to install components.
